Whatever you do, do for God’s Glory: Bible Special

This month’s entry is different than our normal programming. We’re going to dive into Hebrews 11 and 12 to reflect on how each person mentioned in these chapters gave God glory right where they were.

I am excited to share with you how God is teaching me simple obedience by listening to His voice right where we are.

I’ve been reading through the book of Hebrews, and over the last few days, I’ve been rereading chapters 11-13. I’ve found that instead of reading one book at a time and sitting with it, reading a few chapters at a time and rereading them for multiple days has done a few really amazing things:

  1. It helps me get a clearer picture of what the author is saying to their audience

  2. It allows me to become more familiar with the major takeaways in the book

  3. Rereading has allowed me to recognize more patterns, more biblical history, and overall, just make more connections to other parts of scripture, which has led to…

  4. Which is leaving me more convicted, encouraged, and has given me the perfect scripture to use for encouragement for others, whom I originally really didn’t know how to respond to.

Listen to our Bible Special on Hebrews 11 and 12 to see how faith and glorifying God go hand in hand.

This episode is for everyone, because God’s Word is for everyone.
